- Mandatory environment tax fee is 79.20 local currency . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory Environmental Tax is per unit, per night.
- Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 3 % . Cash or Credit is accepted.

- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
*MANDATORY ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM. *Children Fees apply from 3-12 years old. *Fees may vary during the week, please check dates. *Minimum occupancy required: 2 Adults in Hotel Units, 3 Adults in 1 Bedroom Units and 4 Adults in 2 Bedroom Units. *Mandatory Surcharge for December 24th and December 31st will apply. The program includes unlimited meals and domestic beverages, non-motorized water sports, tips and taxes.
