Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- For guests who arrive prior to standard check-in time, units are allotted ONLY if available. Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hours prior to check-in; failure to do so can result in the guest being charged daily room rent. Extra bed charges are applicable: Rs.1800 + 18% GST.
- Hotel units for 4 are suitable for 2 adults & 1 child below the age of 12 years. The Utility Fee is applicable on a full week basis regardless of duration of stay.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
