- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Goa registered cars will be allowed to be parked only if the owner is staying at the resort, substantiated by proper documents, in the absence of which the car may not be allowed inside the premises. (Taxis and rental cars with Goa registration will not be allowed inside the premises, due to limitations by the taxi union)
- Guest Certificate Policy: 48 hours prior notice, failing which guest will be charged daily room rent. Email and inform resort in advance of late arrival or cancellation, sole discretion to release unit/s without notice.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

- Units are on ground, first and second floor. There are no elevators.
