- For ALL RCI guests (including children): it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members as a special member privilege on Food & Soft Beverages.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Guests must notify the resort by email if they will arrive late or cancel their reservation. It is the resort's sole discretion to release units without notice. Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
