- 1 Bedroom 08/04 units are composed of two separate Hotel units and allow maximum 6 adults + 2 children, unit doesn’t allow 7 or 8 adults per unit. Minimum of 3 adults is required.

- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Palladium Travel Club members cannot make an RCI exchange into any Palladium properties. The resort offers the option to prepay your all-inclusive fees. - This a mandatory all-inclusive resort. If a member wants to check in on a different date from the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to the check-in by sending an e-mail to exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or contacting the US 1877/296-9330, Canada 1877/287-0724, Mexico 01800/836-7256, 52984/877-2100. Studio and hotel units have no privacy.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The resort has a mandatory 5-night all-inclusive program. The minimum occupancy requirement is two adults for the hotel unit and three adults for the one-bedroom unit. All fees must be paid in Brazilian Reales in a single payment. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. Children under 2 are free. The program includes a buffet breakfast and lunch, dinner at the buffet or in one of the specialty restaurants (with waiter service and no reservation required), 24-hour snack service, local and international drinks (with or without alcohol, including in the disco), house wine with lunch and dinner, cocktails, and a selection of drinks on the shelf in our Reading Lounge Bar. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. The fees are subject to change without notice. The fees may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including the number of guests traveling and their ages. Please verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to traveler information may result in a difference in the fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. The guest must pay all-inclusive fees in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which may be before arrival or upon check-in.
