All units have air conditioning and individual temperature control, minibar, hair dryer, safe, cable TV, crib when necessary, and 110 and 220-volt outlets. The 3/2 units are for four people either with two adults and two children up to 11 years and 11 months or three adults and one child up to 11 years and 11 months, in one bedroom with one double bed, living room with one sofa bed, and no privacy.

All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
The resort offers a mandatory all-inclusive program including all food and drinks with alcohol in the restaurant and pool. The rate is charged per person, per day. Children under 2 years old don't pay taxes but are considered in the total occupancy of the apartment. If a member stays for 7 nights with 2 children (up to 11 years old), the children don't pay all-inclusive rates. A 50% charge is applicable for a 3rd child. If a member stays less than 7 nights, a minimum of 3-night all-inclusive is required. The mandatory rates apply for Christmas Eve and New Year's dinner. Contact us at (62) 4000-1300 or 0800-940-7782 to make an advance payment of the all-inclusive rates at least 7 days before the arrival date and receive a 5% discount. Value of all-inclusive can be paid in up to 6 installments if the reservation is made 3 months in advance, otherwise, only 2 installments are allowed. Changing guests during the stay is not allowed.

The member who confirms Sauipe Resorts will stay in one of the 2 wings of the resort Terrestrial or Maritime, determined by availability for the period. No change of guests will be allowed in the apartment during the stay. 3/2 units for two adults and two children up to 11 years and 11 months or three adults and one child 11 years and 11 months.
