- Members who confirm a reservation at Sauípe Resorts will be accommodated in the Ala Terra wing. Guest changes within the apartment will not be allowed during the stay. 3/2 units accommodate: 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years and 11 months, or 3 adults and 1 child up to 11 years and 11 months.

- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.
All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
With an All-Inclusive accommodation plan (mandatory): includes food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served at the hotel restaurant and pool area. Rates are charged per day, per person. Conditions: For every 1 paying adult under the All-Inclusive plan, 1 child (up to 11 years and 11 months) does not pay the All-Inclusive fee. Conditions: All-Inclusive for 7 nights: 2 adults + 2 children (up to 11 years and 11 months) – the 2 children do not pay the All-Inclusive fee when accompanied by 2 paying adults. The All-Inclusive plan is mandatory for all nights of stay, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Children under 2 years old do not pay fees; however, they are counted in the total apartment occupancy. Rates are subject to change. Mandatory fees apply for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners; payment must be made up to 15 days before check-in. Special Promotion! Reservations made by 07/15/2026, for travel until 07/31/2026, receive a 25% discount on the All-Inclusive price. The promotion is valid with prepayment up to 3 days before check-in, applies to minimum stays of 3 nights, and cannot be combined with other promotions.* Make advance payment of the All-Inclusive fees at least 7 days before the check-in date and receive a 5% discount. To prepay, contact Customer Service at (62) 4000-1300 or 0800-940-7782. The All-Inclusive amount may be paid in up to 6 installments if the reservation is confirmed at least 3 months before check-in. If confirmed less than 3 months before check-in, payment may be made in 2 installments only. Guest changes in the apartment during the stay are not permitted.
