The Resort is located in the midst of nature, surrounded by valleys and mountains, in the Municipal Road Line Ávila, Carazal District, the resort, which occupies an area of over 30 thousand m2, will provide unique experiences and offer top-level services to all its visitors . It is less than 6 km from the city center, which will give guests the option of quiet, leisure or fun whenever they want. The resort is very close to Snowland, the only indoor snow park in the Americas, which in addition to snow all year round also boasts an exclusive ski and snowboarding track; and also close to the Lawn Spa Park, thermal water park that will be the first indoor in Brazil with thematic inspired by the thermal baths of Europe, expected to open for the end of 2019. Resort Fees
- Optional meal plan fee is 55 local currency for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The optional breakfast fee is Rs 55 + 10% tax per person, per day, and children are 50% less.
- Parking fee is 42 local currency for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory parking fee is per vehicle per day.

- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Housekeeping is offered twice weekly. Gramado Park resorts offer free transportation to the center of Gramado and Canela with a varying schedule from 9 am through 7:40 pm. Transportation and reception must be coordinated.
