Each unit can sleep up to two adults and one child under 12. The beach-S unit can sleep up to four guests and must pay for the meal plan and other charges for all four guests. The swing is a sharable option for Beach-S units. There is a 15% discount on full board and all-inclusive meal plans using the offer code SP23093 when booking a Beach-V unit. The booking period is from 12th Oct 2023 to 30th Nov 2023, and the travel period from 6th Jan 2024 to 26th Oct 2024. If you book a Beach Villa unit between 13th Nov 2023 and 31st Dec 2023 and travel from 1st May 2024 to 31st Oct 2024, you get a 25% discount on FB & AI meal plan rates using the offer code SP23114. Each room has one bottle of water per day for all plans. Full refund if canceled 15+ days before arrival, 30% loss 15 to 10 days, 50% loss 9 to 3 days, no refund if less than three days before arrival or no-show. No-shows or early departures forfeit transfer fees.

AI meal plan: All meals, aftrn. tea/coffee & snacks, select hard liquor, in-house wine & beer, and mini bar: soft drinks/water. 20% disc on a la carte & special dinners, 10% disc on spa. Beverages are served - 10AM to 11:59PM - after which all drinks are charged at normal prices. Minimum 5-night stay is required to allow for 2 excursions – Morning/Sunset fishing & Island hopping.

The return transfer fees are charged per person, and nationality must match the passport. For seaplane airport transfers from 10/27/23 to 10/27/24, non-Asian nationals are $478 per person and $300 per child, and Asians and Middle Eastern nationals are $435 per person and $275 per child. For all passport holders, return speedboat transfers are $210 per person and $105 per child until 10/27/24. Passengers must provide a copy of their passport.
