- All guests MUST contact the resort at least one week prior to their arrival and provide the names and ages of their guests in advance, with no exceptions. You can email exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or call from the US at 1-866-313-5565 or Canada at 1-855-676-2386, or from Mexico at 52/984-873-4801 or 01800-836-7256 from 9am to 5pm CST, Sunday through Friday.
- If a member wants to stay for less than 7 nights or will check in on a different date than the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to check-in. This can be done by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or calling 1-877-296-9330 for the US or 1-877-287-0724 for Canada.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Jamaica Government restricts entry to all inbounds arriving from Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peri º, India & Trinidad & Tobago. Arrivals who have been in these countries 14 days prior will also be denied entry. Please check info at: https://www.visitjamaica.com/travelaut
- Mandatory all Inclusive Resort, fees are person per night. Children between 0- 2.99 years are free. Children between 3 and 12 years old are 50% off. 1st children is for free.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Palladium Travel Club members cannot make an RCI exchange into any Palladium properties. The resort offers the option to prepay your all-inclusive fees. This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees.
