Our accommodations provide you with luxurious comfort, including 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, private balconies, whirlpool tubs, double showerhead showers, bathrobes, slippers, Rock Spa® bath products, wireless internet, and a stocked mini-bar with soft drinks, bottled water, juice, national beer, and 24-hour bar service. We pay attention to detail to make your stay spectacular, with background music and nightly turndown service. Our Caribbean Suites come with a King Bed and Sofa bed for 3 adults with 1 child, or double beds and a sofa bed for 3 adults with 1 child. Bed type allocation is not guaranteed.

All Inclusive Information
Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.
The program covers all meals, beverages, on-site resort activities, non-motorized water sports, and transportation to and from the airport. The 2024 all-inclusive fees are refundable for cancellations made within 5 or more days before check-in. A one-day penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in in low season. In high season fees are refundable for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in. A two-day penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. High season includes Jan 01-02, Feb 01-05, Feb 14-19, Mar 24-31, Jun 22-Aug 17, Sep 12-16, and Nov 14-18. The rest of the year is considered as low season. Reservations that have not been prepaid, cannot be canceled and reconfirmed again for the same resort and travel dates to make use of the discount window of the current promotion. Any reconfirmations will be classified as promotion violations and will not be able to receive the benefit/discount of the current promotion.

Other Information
All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
A mandatory credit card hold of USD $200 per night will be required at check-in. The amount is refundable at the end of your stay if not used.
Legendary or Palace Premier owners with active or inactive memberships and RCI membership beginning with (C086, 3159, C793 & F102) cannot travel to any “All-Inclusive Hard Rock” properties, and all violations will be canceled. They can travel to Hard Rock in Tenerife only (DE27, DG31 & DG32).
To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation
Pet-friendly resort ONLY allows dogs and cats. Maximum two pets is allowed per room for USD $150 per pet per stay. The pet weight limit is 18 kilos/50 pounds. Guests staying with pets MUST sign an agreement upon check-in.
