Each one of the 226 rooms has a balcony and ocean views. The culinary offer includes an international buffet, three specialty restaurants, 24-hour room service, a snack bar, and 5 bars. The resort also features pools by the beach, one with a fun water park, an adults-only panoramic pool on the highest floor, serving food and beverages, and a fun Kids’ Club.

Other Information
- All Inclusive Plan: The program is extended only to the number of individuals named in the reservation. Additional guests will be charged for the All Inclusive plan at check-in. The rate may differ from that paid at the time of booking. Billing Services: Guests who require a receipt for their stay must request one in writing prior to the last day of the month in which their reservation is paid. Check-In: 3:00pm.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Mandatory All-Inclusive Hotel. RATES SUBJECT TO MANDATORY PREPAYMENT at least 15 days prior to check-in. A surcharge will apply if payment is made at the time of check-in. For further details, please refer to the All-Inclusive Information section. If you anticipate a late arrival, you must notify the Front Desk and confirm that you will be honoring your reservation.

- To confirm a reservation 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the inventory needs to be verified and authorized in writing by Royal Holiday.
- To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Rates are subject to MANDATORY PREPAYMENT at least 15 days prior to check-in. • The program includes meals, snacks, domestic beverages, free access for children to the Kids Club, pool activities for children and adults, gym access, and free Wi-Fi. • A minimum occupancy of 2 adults is required. A mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights is required. During Holy Week and Easter Week, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks, a mandatory minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all travelers. • Different rates apply throughout the week and will be charged according to the stay dates. • Children’s rates apply to ages 7–12. • Rates are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including the number of guests and registered ages. Please verify that the all-inclusive rate shown on your confirmation voucher is correct based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes may result in a rate difference, which will be the responsibility of the traveling guest. No refunds for all-inclusive fees apply once check-in at the property has been completed. To request any refund before the check-in date, current cancellation policies will apply.
