- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Legendary Owners or Palace Premier (C086, 3159 & C793) can not travel to Hard Rock, except to the Hard Rock resort in Tenerife (DE27, DG31 & DG32).
- Members with vacation ownership in Hard Rock/Legendary cannot confirm into UNICO Hotel Riviera Maya thru RCI.

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory 4 Day All-Inclusive Program. All units require a minimum occupancy of 2 Adults per unit. Adults Only Resort (must be over 18 years old). The program includes all meals, beverages, activities, non-motorized water sports, and transportation from Airport to the Hotel. New Year week (52) has a cancellation penalty of 100% of the prepaid All-Inclusive fee if canceled 45 days or less of the arrival date. All-Inclusive program cancellation policy: In high season cancellations made with 30 or more days' notice the full amount will be refundable and for cancellations made within less than 15 days prior to check-in a two-day penalty will apply. In low season cancellations made with 5 or more days' notice, the full amount will be refundable (High season is considered to be from April 10-16, 2022, Jun 17-Aug 20, 2022 Dec 23-31, 2022, Feb 10-13, 2023, Apr 1-9, 2023, Jun 17-Aug 20, 2023, Dec 17-31, 2023 & Jan 1-2, 2024). Low season: The rest of the year not mentioned as a High season. Reservations that have not been prepaid up to a maximum of 45 days after confirming it, cannot be canceled and reconfirmed again for the same resort and travel dates to make use of the discount window of the current promotion; any reservation that is classified as a reconfirmation will be considered a promotion violation and will not be able to receive the benefit/discount of the current promotion.
