Overview
Asenza Beach Resort is located in Pitimbu, on the Southern Coast of Paraíba, about an hour from João Pessoa and 2 hours from Recife. We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom air-conditioned bungalows, with a kitchen and balcony. This is the only all-inclusive resort in the state, providing breakfast, lunch, buffet & a la carte dinners, desserts, snacks, and bar services. Guests will enjoy our on-site amenities including adult and children's swimming pools, boating, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, a children's playground area, and a library. We also offer a leisure and garden area, Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception desk.

- All-Inclusive mandatory. Advance payment of the meal plan is required - payment at check-in will not be possible. Garden views only. Resort is located 150 mts from the sea. Swimming in the sea not suitable for children due to the waves. Guests cannot bring food to the hotel.
- All-Inclusive rates are variable and holiday packages/special periods may have different values. Consult the resort with any inquiries. All-Inclusive food system: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. It also includes a menu of snacks and beverages - alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as an ice cream kiosk.
- Buffet service for breakfast is from 7:30am to 10pm, for lunch is from 12pm to 2pm, for afternoon tea is from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, and for dinner is from 7pm to 9:30pm. Guests can choose à la carte or buffet. Bar service is available from 9am to 9:30pm, and ice cream is available from the kiosk. Children under 3 are free, and children from 4 to 12 years pay 50%.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The all-inclusive program is mandatory, and prepayment of the meal plan is required. Payment at check-in directly at the hotel is not possible. The resort may contact you in advance to facilitate the payment. The all-inclusive program includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is also an ice cream kiosk available.
