  • **There are NO ELEVATORS at the resort. The Resort offers an all-inclusive prepayment option. To prepay your all-inclusive fees, please call (800) 062-1886 from the USA or CAD and (866) 280-7595 from Mexico, or email info@prepayment-allinclusive.com.
  • 1 Bedroom 08/04 units are composed of two separate Hotel units and allow maximum 6 adults + 2 children, unit doesn’t allow 7 or 8 adults per unit. Minimum of 3 adults is required. Palladium Travel Club members cannot confirm any Palladium Resort through RCI.
  • All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
  • If a member wants to stay for less than 7 nights or will check in on a different date than the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to check-in. This can be done by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or calling 1-877-296-9330 for the US or 1-877-287-0724 for Canada.
  • Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide their RCI ID, name, and number of adults and kids by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

The resort has a mandatory all-inclusive program. The fee is per person per night. Teens aged 13-17 are subject to a teen fee, and children aged 2-12 have a child fee. Children under 2 are free. A minimum of 3 adults is required for one-bedroom lock-off units. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Different fees will apply for each day of your stay, depending on the type of unit confirmed.
