- **There are NO ELEVATORS at the resort. The Resort offers an all-inclusive prepayment option. To prepay your all-inclusive fees, please call (800) 062-1886 from the USA or CAD and (866) 280-7595 from Mexico, or email info@prepayment-allinclusive.com.
- 1 Bedroom 08/04 units are composed of two separate Hotel units and allow maximum 6 adults + 2 children, unit doesn’t allow 7 or 8 adults per unit. Minimum of 3 adults is required. Palladium Travel Club members cannot confirm any Palladium Resort through RCI.
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- If a member wants to stay for less than 7 nights or will check in on a different date than the one they have confirmed, they will need to advise the resort at least 20 days prior to check-in. This can be done by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com or calling 1-877-296-9330 for the US or 1-877-287-0724 for Canada.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Members must contact the resort at least 15 days prior to arrival to provide their RCI ID, name, and number of adults and kids by emailing exchangereservations.club@palladiumtravelclub.com.
