The Reef 28 Resort is a new concept luxury resort just a block from beautiful Mamita's Beach. This sophisticated, adults-only retreat offers chic guest rooms with boutique-style touches including an upscale rooftop bar and lounge, a stunning infinity pool, a full-service spa and salon, and contemporary guest dining.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 10.00 U.S. dollars, per person, per stay, . Only Credit Cards accepted. Foreigners must complete form & payment at https://visitax.gob.mx prior to departure.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory environment tax fee is 28.87 local currency for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory Enviromental Tax is in Pesos per reservation, per night.

- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- LVC owners cannot book Reef Coco Beach and Reef 28 through RCI, which applies to exchanges with a deposit of their property. This does not apply to rentals. Multi-owners can book using exchange weeks from their other properties that are not LVC.

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All Inclusive Program. Adults Only Resort (must be over 18 years old). Minimum Occupancy required of 2 Adults in Hotel & 1Bedroom units. Minimum Occupancy required of 4 adults in 2Bedroom units. *Different fees apply during the same week confirmed & will be charged daily according to each stay. The program includes meals and premium beverages.
