- An additional confirmation letter must be issued from the Resort. We will be contacting you before you travel to schedule the complimentary airport-hotel transportation service. We remind you that the deadline to confirm your reservation is 30 days before your arrival; otherwise, Hotel Xcaret México reserves the right to cancel it.

RCI inbounds confirmed to this ID DJ09 need to know that these units only allow Adults, but it's NOT an Adults only resort, just the Spa units.

All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All Inclusive Program. Fees are per person, per night in double occupancy. 4 Night Minimum Stay required! *Different fees apply during the same week confirmed & will be charged daily according to each stay. Children are not allowed in these units. Please check for All Inclusive and unit occupancy information under Need to Know/Urgent Info. *Inbounds who will be arriving late or staying less than 7 nights MUST contact Mexico Destination Club at least 30 days before the check in date or they will be held responsible for paying an All Inclusive fee for 7 nights.
