- Please be advised that you, or anyone in your party, can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts: Williamsburg Plantation (#DJ37), The Colonies (DJ38), Patiots Inn (#DJ36). This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- Due to demand, an 8-WEEK OR 56-NIGHT LIMIT per calendar year applies by region: Williamsburg Resorts DJ38, DJ37, DJ36. The limit only applies to Extra Vacations, Last Calls, and Nightly Cash Vacations, including Guest Certificates. The limit applies regardless of the number of ownerships or memberships. VIOLATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED.AFVC program bookings are NOT permitted at this resort.
- No complimentary cleaning services are provided.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of resorts DJ36 Patriots Inn, DJ37 VV at Williamsburg and DJ38 The Colonies at Williamsburg. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
- Owners at Vacation Village Resorts are required to have ALL Resort Fees current before being allowed to check in to resorts 0160, 1504, 6057, 7559, 6389, 6923, DJ37, DJ38, 4300, 4856, D567, 4025, 0851, 4940, 5773, DJ50, DD68, DJ36, 3654, and DL05. - Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Vacation Village at Williamsburg will accept packages for guests free of charge. The package must include the guest’s name, and a photo ID is required for pick-up. Unit size and features assigned will be the unit booked. Same-day reservations are NOT allowed at this resort. There are VERY LIMITED pet-friendly accommodations, so you MUST call to check the availability before booking and arrival or you will be asked to board your pet.
