- Please be advised that Royal Holiday Beach Resort is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday); therefore, all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- The property is situated behind the Treasure Bay Resort; therefore, there are no water views from the units. The beach on the Gulf is only a 10minute walk from the property.
