- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Studio units are 330 sq. ft. hotel rooms, meant for two adults. They include a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware set for 2, a table, and 2 chairs. They do not include a sofa or closet and are best as a simple base of operations for island explorers and other active guests.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

- Units are not air-conditioned, but all units include ceiling fans.
- Wild chickens roam free on the island, and you may hear crowing roosters during your stay. The resort has an RCI on-site office and welcomes walk-ins.
