- All units have a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, including high-end appliances such as a microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Every unit has 3 TVs, a stereo system, a DVD player, a washer and dryer, a phone, and a therapeutic jetted tub. The units are not air-conditioned. The resort has two or three floors and NO elevators. As per the law, the resort must charge a State Transient Occupancy Tax, which may be subject to change without notice. The resort cannot guarantee specific unit views or locations, even if they are listed on your reservation. Please contact the resort at (808) 826-6549 for any questions. RCI has on-site staff at the Ka'Eo Kai main office, and walk-ins are welcome.
