Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee will be charged for less than 7 night stays.

- The units at Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort are two-bedroom units that can accommodate up to six people. Each unit features a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a washer and dryer, internet access, cable TV, and two bathrooms. Some units are townhouse style and require stairs to access the bedrooms. The upper (A side) units have approximately 13 steps.
Policy Restrictions
- Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
- Minimum age check-in is 21.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

- Check-in is at 4pm, and if arriving after 5pm island time, call the resort at (808) 334-4700 to discuss late check-in options. A credit card imprint is required upon arrival.
