- An additional benefit for RCI members is access to the exclusive sections of the Aviva Vacation Club, subject to scheduling and usage rules. This includes exclusive areas of Cerrado Beach and Hotibum. Please inquire at check-in. This benefit will not include some private areas of The Casa Residence Club. Guest substitutions during their stay are not allowed.
- Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner fees are paid to the hotel up to 15 days before check-in, subject to availability. The mandatory Water Park fees for 2025 are per guest, over age 3. The rate for one guest is R$356, for 2 guests the rate is R$684, for 3 guests the rate is R$986, for 4 guests the rate is R$1265, for 5 guests the rate is R$1520 and for 6 guests the rate is R$1755.

- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Rio Quente owners do not pay for the water park with an active AVIVA contract. Rates can change without prior notice. Early check-ins or late check-outs are not guaranteed, however, if this option can be granted, there is an additional fee of R$272 per hour, and meals and drinks will not be provided during these extra times.
- The mandatory Half-Board meal plan for breakfast & lunch can be paid for in cash or a credit card, per person, per day. The 2025 rate for adults is R$310 and for children ages 5 to 11 years old is R$155. Advance payment of the Half-Board fee within seven days of finalizing your reservation offers guests a 15% discount. Payment can be made by calling (62) 4000-1300 or (800) 940-7782. Pool towel fees are R$15 per person, paid at check-in.
