All Inclusive Information¹

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

The program covers all meals, beverages, on-site resort activities, non-motorized water sports, and transportation to and from the airport. The 2025 all-inclusive fees are refundable for cancellations made within 5 or more days before check-in. A one-day penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in in low season. In high season, fees are refundable for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in. A two-day penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. High season includes Jan 01-02, Feb 01-05, Feb 14-19, Mar 24-31, Jun 22-Aug 17, Sep 12-16, and Nov 14-18. The rest of the year is considered as low season. Reservations that have not been prepaid, cannot be canceled and reconfirmed again for the same resort and travel dates to make use of the discount window of the current promotion. Any reconfirmations will be classified as promotion violations and will not be able to receive the benefit and discounts of a current promotion. You must prepay the all-inclusive fees according to the seasonality of your travel. For High Season check-in dates between December 17 and January 4, fees must be prepaid at least 45 days before the check-in date. If a reservation is not prepaid, it will NOT be eligible for the discount and may be canceled. For Low Season check-in dates between January 5 and December 16, you must prepay the all-inclusive fees at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in date. Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (GMT-5) and Saturday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm (GMT-5). A Legendary Vacation Club pre-collection agent may contact you to collect your all-inclusive payment. If a cancellation refund is not requested, the amount paid may be applied to another reservation at an RCD Resorts properties: Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, Hard Rock Punta Cana, as long as it is cancelled 30 nights before check-in.
