All Inclusive Information1

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Mandatory all-inclusive program fees are charged per person per night and are subject to change without prior notice. The fees for studio and one-bedroom units are applicable for a minimum of 2 adults, for two-bedroom units a minimum of 4 adults, and for three-bedroom units a minimum of 6 adults. Different fees apply during the same confirmed week and will be charged daily based on the length of stay. Children aged 5-12 years and 13-15 years will have different fees. There is a mandatory 3-night stay requirement during Christmas and New Year's. The AI fees for 2024 reservations must be paid at least one month in advance. For dates between December 20th, 2025, and January 4th, 2026, all-inclusive fees must be paid at least 90 days before check-in. The program includes unlimited à la carte meals and beverages, 24-hour room service, and all local and federal taxes.
