Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.

- 1Bedroom unit can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children age up to 12 years. Studio unit can accommodate 2 adults & 1 child below 6 yrs sharing parents bed. Extra Adult above the age of 12 yrs shall be charged additional INR 5500+Tax including MAP meal plan per night Extra kid between 6 to 12 Years, Rs 4500+Tax including MAP meal plan per night
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Bookings not to be confirmed less than 15 days before the check-in date. Resort will not honour the bookings. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at an additional charge. MAP plan to be pre-booked at the time of making the reservations min 15 days in advance. Member must inform the resort well in advance of their check-in date by sending an email to info@rosettabyferns.com and reservations1@rosettabyferns.com.
- Contact the resort to pre-pay your meal plan. Meal plan prices are subject to change. Driver or Nanny accommodations are offered at an additional cost of INR 1000/day, their meals are at the employee cafeteria, Café Rosetarian.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The mandatory meal plan rates for breakfast and lunch are INR 1925 on weekdays (Mon-Thu) and INR 2750 on weekends (Fri-Sun), plus taxes per day per person. Children under 12 years are free, and those 12 years and above need to pay adult prices. Dinner is available on the a la carte menu only. The meal plan is compulsory for the confirmed number of nights or the entire duration of the stay.
