• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Maximum of one dog per room, up to 25 lbs. The dog must be registered at the front desk at check-in and stay on a leash or carrier in public areas. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or fitness area. You must stay with your dog if hotel staff needs to be in your room, and dogs cannot be left unattended in guestrooms. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and present documentation.
