All Inclusive Information¹

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:

Mandatory All-Inclusive Program. Children age: 7-12 years. Minimum occupancy of 2 adults is required in the hotel units 04/02 and 4 adults in the studio units 08/04. The total will be charged for the minimum occupancy required, whether or not all the people are during the stay. The All-Inclusive program includes access to the water park. Access to the theme Restaurants depends on the number of nights of stay: (5-7 nights of stay, access to two theme Restaurants). Drinks included in the restaurants: water, soft drinks, juices, house wine, and sparkling wine. National alcoholic beverages are included according to hours and consumption centers. If staying less than 7 days, the established check-in / check-out hours must be respected, otherwise, the hotel will charge one more day of All-Inclusive. Fees are paid directly at the development unless stated they must be paid in advance. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates vary per night or week according to the date of travel. Rates are based on the information provided at the time of reservation, including the number of guests and registered ages. Please verify that the all-inclusive rate is correct on your confirmation voucher based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change may result in a difference in the amount of the fare and is the responsibility of the traveling guest.
