Resort Fees
- Air conditioning fee is 66.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Optional, if guests want air conditioning, the fee is required.
- Air conditioning fee is 88.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Optional, if guests want air conditioning, the fee is required.
- Mandatory tourist tax fee is 11.83 to 19.21 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee is per day + tax, based on unit size, and paid at check-in. New rates apply in 2025.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee will be charged for less than 7-night stays.
