- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- One-way shuttle service: Mon-Sat 9 am to 4 pm to the following 5 points in the city: Delfines Beach, Playa Kukulcan, Plaza La Isla & Chedraui Supermarket. Schedule at the front desk. Subject to availability. Free parking.
- RCI has no affiliation with Aquaworld, and makes no representations regarding the safety of any service or off-site amenity offered by Aquaworld.
- RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
- The booking fee is based on double occupancy (2 people) for units S 2/2 and S 4/2. For 2 bedroom 4/2 units, the booking fee is based in a quadruple occupancy. There is an additional per night per person for extra guests in S4/2 units (up to 2 extra guests permitted), which is paid directly at the front desk. S 2/2 units do not allow extra guests, and for 2bedroom units it is based on availability, please request it directly with the property.
- The booking includes an American breakfast for two people and any additional paid guests. Two children up to 12 can stay in the same room with two adults. Unlimited internet access is also included.
- The resort is pet friendly. There is a fee plus tax per pet. There is a security deposit which is refundable as long as there are not any damages.
- There is a 5% state lodging tax.
