Asenza Beach Resort is located in the city of Pitimbu, on the southern coast of Paraíba, approximately 1 hour from João Pessoa and 2 hours from Recife.It is the only all-inclusive resort in the state and offers breakfast, snacks, lunch, desserts, afternoon tea, and dinner in both buffet and à la carte formats, as well as bar service.The resort features swimming pools, free Wi-Fi and parking, a playground, and outdoor activities such as boat tours, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and more.Among the property's services are a kids' area, 24-hour front desk, children's pool, and library. Guests can also enjoy a leisure area and garden.Accommodations consist of bungalows with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and equipped with a kitchen and a balcony.

- All-inclusive fees must be paid for 7 days, and fees can change without prior notice. The hotel does not allow pets. Units S (Studio) and H (Hotel) do not offer privacy.
- Due to the meeting of the sea and river waters, the sea is not suitable for children due to the waves.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- There are no ocean views, only garden views. At 150 meters from the sea, there is a river. Sea bathing is not recommended for children; river bathing is advised. Bringing outside food is not permitted.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Advance payment of the meal plan is required; payment at check-in is not allowed. The resort may contact you in advance to facilitate the payment process. The all-inclusive meal system includes: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. It also covers the snack and beverage menu — including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks — as well as an ice cream kiosk available to guests. Buffet service hours: Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Afternoon Tea: 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM Dinner: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM Meals may be served à la carte or buffet style. Bar service: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Ice cream kiosk: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Children aged 0 to 3 eat for free. Children aged 4 to 12 pay 50% of the adult meal rate.
