- Bike Week occurs annually during the last three weeks in May, creating heavy traffic and noise during these weeks.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.

- Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Pets are not allowed. Call the resort in advance to discuss special needs. Units are assigned upon arrival. Units are not oceanfront and do not have ocean views.
- Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. No trailers are allowed on the property, however, the front desk can provide guests with a list of local rental facilities that may be able to accommodate trailers, for a fee.
