The Resort is located in the midst of nature, surrounded by valleys and mountains, in the Municipal Road Line Ávila, Carazal District. The resort, which occupies an area of over 30 thousand m2, will provide unique experiences and offer top-level services to all its visitors. It is less than 6 km from the city center, which will give guests the option of quiet, leisure, or fun whenever they want. The resort is very close to Snowland, the only indoor snow park in the Americas, which in addition to snow all year round also boasts an exclusive ski and snowboarding track. It is also close to a thermal water park that is the first indoor in Brazil with themes inspired by the thermal baths of Europe.

- Optional breakfast is R$65.00 per day, per adult, and 50% per day, per child from 6 to 11 years old. Children under 5 years old are free. Guests pay directly at the hotel. Check-in is ONLY on Sundays.
- Parking per day per car: R$ 40. Cleaning twice a week. The Gramado Parks resorts offer free transportation to the center of Gramado and Canela. The schedule varies from 9:00 AM to 7:40 PM. Arrange transportation and reception.
