- Please pre-check in by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The resort receives updates on RCI reservations and Guest Certificates within 72 hours of confirmation. The Resort Fee includes a welcome cocktail, gym access, daily cleaning, internal transportation, Wi-Fi for up to 3 devices, local calls, a safe box, and discount at Vidanta Spa and Vidanta Golf.
- Prepay the fee 48 hours after the unit is confirmed or 30 days before your scheduled check-in date by accessing the email sent by Vidanta with instructions to pay online or by phone. Vidanta owners cannot confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun, and The Cascades. Violations will be canceled.
