- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.

- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
The mandatory all-inclusive program is for a minimum stay of 3 nights. *Minimum program fee for HOTEL and STUDIO units is 2 adults.* One-bedroom units consist of 2 connecting studios, so the all-inclusive fee is for a minimum of 4 adults. Different rates may apply during the same reserved week; therefore, fees are daily according to the dates of your stay. Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resort's discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and Holiday weeks. Charges are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests. Please verify that the all-inclusive fee is correct on your reservation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler details may result in different pricing. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay within the timeline designated by the resort, which may be before arrival or upon check-in. In case of any change or cancellation for travel dates from January 3, 2026 to December 19, 2026, a penalty of $70 USD per person per stay will apply. From December 20, 2026 to January 3, 2027, the penalty will be $100 USD per person per stay. Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to arrival, as well as no-shows and early departures, will incur a 2-night penalty for travel from January 3, 2026 to December 19, 2026. From December 20, 2026 to January 3, 2027, the penalty will be the total stay amount.
