  • Guest changes within the apartment will not be allowed during the stay. 3/2 - Superior Unit types accommodate two adults and two children up to 11 years and 11 months, or three adults and one child up to 11 years and 11 months. S (Studio) and H (Hotel) Unit types do not offer privacy. 110V and 220V power outlets are available.
  • Guests staying at Sauípe Grand Premium Brisa have access to all common areas of the other resorts within the complex, including the pool bars— except for the areas of Sol Grand Premium. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) must be taken at the guest’s original resort.
  • If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
  • The most exclusive lodging on the Sauipe Coast has recently been renovated and refurbished. It is an all-inclusive property that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack options, and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The rates for the all-inclusive package are subject to change without prior notice.
