- For reservations between February 5 and March 12 and between July 9 and August 28, guests MUST PRE-PAY 50% of the Half Board fees at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the cancellation of your reservation. To pay the fees, contact the property at info@hotelcolfosco.it.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- It is MANDATORY to let the property know the DATE & TIME of your arrival in advance, and also HOW MANY in your travel party AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR to your arrival. You will not be able to check in if you do not follow these instructions. Half Board fees are based on a 7-night stay. You MUST advise the resort far in advance if you intend to stay less than 7 nights, or you will be billed for the full week's stay.
