- A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
- An additional person's charge is a NETT rate of $39 per night (RRP AUD $55). Cots can be provided upon request, subject to availability, at a NETT rate of $10 per night. This extra person rate includes the use of a bed, provided that the maximum occupancy of the room is not exceeded. A credit card pre-authorization fee of $1 (minimum) is required upon arrival (cash deposits are not accepted).
- Children aged between 0-12 years are free of charge when staying with one paying adult and using existing bedding (which does not include sofa beds). Additional charges will apply if extra beds or linen (including sofa beds or cots) are required. The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18.
- Credit card surcharge of 1.9% will be applied to all credit card transactions and may be subject to change.
- Full payment is required for all pre-booked services 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date for all FIT bookings unless credit facilities have been established with Silkari Lagoons Port Douglas. Early access to the room cannot be guaranteed and charges may apply for late check-outs.
