Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport - IXL (8 Miles)

The nearest Airport is Kishok Bakula Rinpoche Airport, 12 km from the resort. By air: Kushok Bakula Rimpochee is the only airport in Leh Ladakh. There are flights operating from major cities to Kushok Bakula airport. If you are an international traveler and want to go to Leh Ladakh by air then Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata will be the best option to catch a direct flight to Kushok Bakula. By Road: There are two main highways to reach Leh Ladakh by road. One is the Manali-Leh Highway and the second is the Srinagar-Leh Highway. Srinagar-Leh Highway is mostly open between July and November and this route covers a distance of 439 km. Manali-Leh Highway is mostly open from mid-June to early October and covers around 473 km.

ACCLIMATIZATION: Guests traveling by air to Leh are advised to take 24 to 48 hours of rest upon arrival to get used to the high altitude and low level of atmospheric oxygen.
