Other Information
- All guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation at check-in. Parking is available at the resort for a fee. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am.
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception.
- Fees charged for some utilities.
- For late arrivals please contact the resort as soon as possible for alternate check-in procedures. Bookings must be 7, 14, or 21 nights and for the correct check-in day. Incorrect bookings will be canceled. Requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations, and views cannot be guaranteed.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
