- If you need a cot or high chair, please contact the resort at least 48 hours before your travel dates.
- Please note squash courts are out of action until further notice.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Spa will be closed from August 17, 2026 to August 18, 2026.
- The indoor spa will be closed on Monday, 17 August 2026 for the installation of a new emergency stop button. The outdoor spa will be closed on Monday, 17 and Tuesday, 18 August 2026 for the relocation of the emergency stop button.
- The resort has selected a designated smoking area on-site. Smoking will be permitted on-site only in the designated smoking area. This decision was made unanimously by the Board of Directors of Boambee Bay Resort.
