- Pet Information: Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Check-in time on Thursday is between 3pm and 5pm.
- If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please contact the resort on the day of your arrival at +61 3 5021 9600 to make arrangements for late access. The resort has a coded gate and a night safe to collect your key, map, and other items. Please note that codes are changed frequently and will not be disclosed prior to your arrival. The wall safe can be found between the Reception and the Bistro, in the corner.
- Outdoor pool area will not be available to guests during this time (approx 3 months). Indoor pool, sauna and spa the rest of the Resorts common areas, will be available.
- Outdoor pool will be closed from May 11, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
- Pet-friendly Friday units are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a pet fee. Resort does not provide complimentary in-room amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, or similar starter toiletries.
- There are a total of 30 units, out of which 9 are located upstairs on Fridays. On Saturdays, there are 37 units, and all of them are situated downstairs. If you require a wheelchair-friendly unit, kindly inform RCI before confirmation so that we can contact the resort and ensure that they can accommodate your request.
