- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Early check-in is possible by booking a room for the prior night for a charge of A$175, subject to availability. This will have to be arranged before arrival at the resort. Guests aged 18-21 must be accompanied by a parent, and minors (under 18) cannot stay overnight without a parent/legal guardian.
- If you arrive after hours, you must contact the resort at +61359869800/sales@nepeancountryclub.com.au for the night safe code, which has the keys and a $200 security bond pre-authorization. Failure to contact the resort can lead to loss of access to your accommodation and the security bond. For assistance after 11pm, a call-out fee of A$275 will be charged, and before 11pm, it's A$175.
- Pet-friendly Thursday units MUST be requested in advance and are subject to availability for a fee.
- The Wheelchair accessible unit is for Thrusday check in.
- The resort does not accept Schoolies, University, or similar Celebration bookings. The management has clearly stated that any such groups that manage to slip past the reservations department will be denied check-in at the resort without any exceptions. The resort has an electric car charging station. The reception is open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
