Other Information
- 5. Upon check in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation. Check in is after 4:00 pm and checkout is prior to 10:00 am. Parking available at the resort under a fee.
- Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
- Entertainment services will only be available during the months of July and August, Holy Week and Christmas. For other excursions and activities that are not related to the entertainment department, please contact reception.
- Fees charged for some utilities.
- For late arrivals please contact resort as soon as possible. Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.Special requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pool will be closed from May 5, 2025 to May 11, 2025.

- The Heated pool will be closed from 5 May 2025 until 11 May 2025 for essential repairs.

While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
