- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort has a limited number of Small Dog friendly units. Call resort for availability. No more than two dogs, 40 pounds or less each, and we ask that you bring their updated shot records. No other pets or animals are allowed on property. Please call us at 1 800 480 8212 if you have any questions.

- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The Check-in Center is at 400 Golf View Drive. Hours of operation are: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After hours contact phone number is 417-676-0408.
- The pools at Carriage Place and Surrey Townhouses are closed, but guests are welcome to use the ones at Grand Crowne Resort.
- Unit number assignments are subject to change. Handicap units are also limited, if needed please contact the resort prior to booking to verify availability.
