Located in Kissimmee on Lake Wilson, Grand Lake Resort is only a mile and a half from Walt Disney World(R). The resort has beautifully furnished one and two bedroom units, a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball, corn hole, pedal boats, horseshoes, children's play area, a large lake with a sandy beach, boat dock, water toys, basketball court, and fitness center. They also have coin operated laundry facilities for your convenience. Golf is available at several local courses. Other attractions include Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

- This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period at this property. This rule is strictly enforced and violations will be cancelled, no exceptions.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Non-RCI Members or guests of non-RCI members: You or anyone in your party can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12-month period within the following group of Vacation Village Resorts: 0851 Lifetime of Vacations Resort, 3654 Villas at Fortune Place, 4300 Grand Lake Resort, 4940 Parkway. DJ50 The Berkley, Orlando. Violations will be canceled. No exceptions.
