- Air traffic noise can be excessive and may be heard at the resort through 10 pm. All non-owners at the property are subject to a 1-in-3-year rule calculated from the actual departure date of the guest’s most recent stay at any Royal Islander Club resort. Guests may return only after a full 36-month period has elapsed
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Owners and non-owners can reserve a maximum of two units, whether they are multiple or consecutive reservations. The 1-in-3-year rule and maximum reservation limit include all stays at Royal Islander Club La Plage #1380 and Royal Islander Club La Terrasse #4303.
- Passengers entering the island must complete an entry form, available at stmaartenentry.com.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
