- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Mandatory for all resort inbounds to print & provide the Confirmation Letter upon check in. Guests traveling to Pueblo Bonito Resorts are required to complete a mandatory Pre-Check-in before arrival. An access link will be emailed to the member 15 days before check-in. Passports of all guests traveling are required to complete the Pre-Check-in and check-in at the resort.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- One-in-4 Year Rule applies to ALL reservation types & is calculated per calendar year. Max 2 units per Resort, per year allowed to be confirmed. Weeks do not need to be concurrent or consecutive. Guest certificate is required for 2nd unit. It is Mandatory to include the guest's full contact information on the Guest Certificate.

Resort owners in Mazatlan are not allowed to book into this resort. **Studio units are one single room with no separate bedroom, no privacy. *When confirming two Studio units or two 1Bedroom units during the same week, these cannot be connected in any way.
- Restriction for Pueblo Bonito Owners: 1-in-4 restriction does not apply; however, owners are not allowed to book more than 4 units per resort, per year, and they do not need to pay for a Guest Certificate. When requesting to reserve with bonus weeks or extra vacations, only Studio type units may be confirmed.
