- Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
- Children from 3 years old count towards the unit's maximum occupancy. Infants aged 0-2 years are not charged. The resort can provide a crib for the unit at no additional charge. The two-bedroom units for six guests do not have two closed rooms, but rather, two mezzanines.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Our 1-in-2-year rule means guests can only reserve any of the following resorts (6796 Bahia Manzano and A774 Bahia Montaña) once every 2 years, calculated by the year of travel. Violations of this rule will result in cancellation. This rule does not apply to owners at Bahia Manzano (6796).
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The buffet-style breakfast service has an additional cost.
