The Oceani Beach Park Hotel is located on Porto das Dunas Beach, approximately 15 km from Fortaleza and about 30 minutes from the International Airport.The hotel features 131 accommodations and is located 500 meters from the Water Park, with complimentary shuttle service between the resort and the water park. Guests can enjoy beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, a multi-sports court, playground, sauna, and game room.The Beach Park complex is home to the best water park in Latin America, featuring 18 major attractions for the whole family.Please note that the hotel does not have a Sports & Recreation team and does not offer a baby pantry/kitchen facility. The restaurant menu differs from those offered at the other resorts within the complex.The fitness center remains available with its current equipment. Regarding the Kids Club, there will be no Sports & Recreation staff; however, the existing Kids Area will remain open and available for guests' use.

Other Information
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Admission tickets to the Beach Park Water Park are not included in your reservation. The park closes one day per week for maintenance. Please check the operating calendar on the resort's website. S (Studio) and H (Hotel) units do not offer privacy. All resort units must strictly comply with their maximum occupancy capacity. Additional guests beyond the unit's stated capacity are not permitted.
- Children between 5 and 12 years old are considered children. Guests aged 13 years and older (inclusive) are considered adults. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, even if the reservation for the week has already been confirmed.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- The meal package (optional) can be purchased through RCI up to 24 hours before check-in. Otherwise, any food and beverage consumption will be charged at the time of check-out. Payment cannot be made at check-in.
