- A fee is charged to access the Water Park. For more information, contact the property by email: crc@hotbeachresidence.com.br. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, except holidays.
- Advance sales are available at the Central Office or at hotel reception check-in All units have a barbecue grill on the balcony. The barbecue kit can be rented at the hotel reception (check prices and availability).
- Price per apartment, not per person, and it is not mandatory to purchase 7 days of park access. It is possible to buy individual days at a daily rate. Special prices apply when purchasing more than two daily passes. There are no refunds for unused park days. .
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The hotel strictly prohibits exceeding the capacity of the units. Breakfast can be purchased in advance by contacting the hotel front desk at (17)3279-1000 or emailing reservas@hotbeachresidence.com.br. Studio and hotel units are one room without privacy.
